With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector in Catalonia and having frequently visited Menorca, we have decided to embark on an innovative project to serve buyers who, like us, fall in love with the island.

At Casaloggia, we firmly believe in sustainability and in the transition towards a more environmentally responsible economic and energy model.

Therefore, the self-consumption photovoltaic installation project, consisting of 8 solar panels of 605 W each and a 4.5 kW inverter, with a total investment of €8,461.23, has been supported under the Investment Plan for the Energy Transition of the Balearic Islands (PITEIB), within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

Thanks to this support, Casaloggia promotes the improvement of the energy efficiency of our facilities, actively contributing to a more sustainable future for the Balearic Islands.
